Technology is fascinating and I have been fortunate enough to be involved in it for a very long time. However, no matter how incredible the wizardry of science can be, the story isn’t about the technology. The real story is about people and how technology affects their lives – for good and evil.
About the novel “uncertain origin:
Q. This book is part of a series, tell us about your series.
A. The main character, Jeremy Cole works as an electronic evidence contractor for law firms and corporations. Most people don’t know this practice exists or they compare it to law enforcement and private investigation. But that assumption is seldom true.
Q. Where did the idea for this book come from?
A. I worked in the field, collecting electronic evidence for civil and criminal cases. The idea came from this experience and an article I read on the Internet. Where the FBI called counterfeit drugs the “crime of the 21st century”.
Q. Why do you write?
A. I’ve written technical papers, reports and volumes of snake oil that kept me employed over the years. But deep down I want to tell stories about interesting people and exotic places.
